Private Elopement Packages
Here at The Mill Forge Hotel, we offer a selection of private elopement packages. Our ceremony venue is within the grounds of our hotel which is located only two miles from Gretna Green.
All couples who marry here have a private, candlelit ceremony in our purpose-built venue. There are stunning gardens for photos, 33 bedrooms and a restaurant which has three private function rooms.
With our hotel being so close to Gretna Green, we have become specialists in welcoming eloping couples. Our wedding planner team has offered free friendly advice to thousands of couples and they’re happy to share that advice with you.
Our Private Elopement Packages
The range of wedding packages we offer includes options designed for couples, who, like you are planning to elope. All packages include the use of our ceremony venue, but can also feature:-
A one or two night stay in a comfortable double room.
A two night stay in a luxurious bridal suite with chocolates and bubbly.

Your Perfect Day
You’ll marry your soulmate by romantic candlelight in an intimate ceremony. You can choose a local minister or a registrar to conduct the ceremony.
After your wedding pictures have all been taken you can dine with your beloved in a private function room.
