• Garlic Mushroom Bruschetta – Toasted garlic slice topped with button mushrooms in a creamy garlic and smoky paprika sauce
• Melon & Prawn Cocktail – Melon fan, prawns, Marie Rose sauce
• Chillied Vegetable Potato Shells – Potato shells, vegetable medley, mild chilli sauce liaison VG

Main Courses

• Roasted Supreme of Chicken – Mediterranean sauce, vegetable medley, rosemary roasted potatoes, new potatoes
• Rump Steak au Poirve – Prime rump steak, onion rings, sauteed mushrooms, chips, creamy pepper sauce
• Poached Salmon Fillet – Lemon and herb crumb, red onion compote, dauphinoise potatoes, new potatoes, vegetable medley
• Panang Vegetable Curry – Mildly spiced vegetable curry, steamed rice, naan bread VG
