Unlike many other wedding venues, we have options available for couples looking for “just the two of us wedding packages”.
Here at The Mill Forge Hotel on the outskirts of Gretna Green, we regularly host couples who elope together without any family or friends accompanying them.
We have everything you need for your wedding in one stunning location. In the grounds of the hotel we have a purpose-built ceremony venue. Of course, we also have bedrooms, a bar and restaurant, stunning gardens and an experienced team of wedding planners.

Where You’ll Marry
Our ceremony venue stands in its own grounds and boasts an open timber roof, soft music and romantic candlelight. A local minister or registrar will conduct the ceremony.
Where You’ll Stay
Our bedrooms are situated around three different courtyards. Breakfast is of course included, and the wi-fi’s free. If you’re bring the kids, we have family rooms and should you change your plans and bring a guest or two, we’ve a room for them too.
