The Mill Forge on the outskirts of Gretna Green has three functions rooms which are ideal for wedding receptions for both large and small parties. There are a variety of delicious wedding menu ideas and wedding buffet options to satisfy all tastes and budgets.
There is a selection of drinks packages and a carefully considered wine list so you can celebrate the happy occasion with a glass of something bubbly.
Wedding Receptions - The Mill Forge Wedding Planners
The Mill Forge also has a wedding planner team to assist in the planning of wedding receptions. They will discuss menu choices, table plans and help you find suppliers for wedding cakes, wedding decorations and other wedding services required for wedding receptions. They can also provide tips on wedding etiquette, wedding speeches and wedding jokes, and lots of other wedding trivia associated with wedding receptions.

You can also be married at The Mill Forge in a candlelit wedding ceremony which can be performed by a either a minister (religious wedding ceremony) or a registrar (civil wedding ceremony)

After wedding receptions the wedding party can stay in our ensuite accommodation which comprises double / twin accommodation, family rooms to sleep up to five, deluxe accommodation for the guests and spacious bridal suites for the bride and groom.

The gardens at The Mill Forge are beautifully maintained and offer excellent backdrops for wedding photographs. We even have a children's play area where younger children can run off any excess energy.
