Our wine list has been carefully selected to include delicious wines from all over the world.
Whether your preference is for new world wines or for the offerings of more traditional wine producing countries, our wine list will have something to delight your palate. Our wines are ideal for complimenting a meal in our restaurant or for savouring with friends and family in the conservatory bar.
Champagnes On Our Wine List
Celebrating a special occasion or just spoiling yourself often calls for a glass or two of bubbly and we have some excellent champagnes and sparkling wines available.
We also have a selection of drinks packages available for special occasions.
White Wines
Chardonnay - This wine displays excellent fruit flavours with a fruity & fragrant nose and a long clean finish.
Sweet German Wine - A good example of German wine full of rich fruit flavours which makes this a very easy drinking medium sweet white wine.
Sauvignon Blanc - Tropical fruit aromas and flavours in an easy drinking dry white wine.
Red & Rosé Wines
Merlot - Ripe plumy colour & soft fruit flavour are to be expected from a merlot and you will not be disappointed. This wine is silky smooth with a soft lingering finish.
Shiraz - Because the selected grapes for this wine are harvested at their optimum sugar & acid levels this has a full bodied, well balanced wine which is soft on the palate.
Cabernet Sauvignon - Produced in one of the best growing climates in the world. This wine combines small amounts of merlot which adds to the softness of its ripe fruity character.
White Zinfandel - A light & lively wine with a subtle hint of raspberry, making a fresh & fruity easy drinking wine
Champagne & Sparkling Wines
Asti - Probably the most well known of the sweet celebration wines.
Castell D'Olerado (Rosé) - This elegant strawberry coloured wine is full of fruity flavours with a distinct floral aroma.
Samaur - Excellent quality French medium dry & delicate wine.
Baron De Beaupre - A very popular champagne from the champagne district.
Moet & Chandon - Join the stars and celebrate in style with the most well known champagne, its well worth it.
